Chenin Blanc is a late ripening grape, which brings intense flavour development.

Unusual for a grape that hangs so long, it retains crisp acidity, underpinning bright flavours of green apple, tropical fruit and melons, with a distinctly floral nose and a juicy, quenching finish.
