We have a new full mash kit to add to our range of beers Ellis's elixir
Ellis's elixir is a golden beer with a good malt fruity character with very slight critrus flavours and a friuty hop aroma with a good firm head. A very easy drinking moreish !! pint 4.0%ABV

OG 1037 FG 1010 Abv 4.4% EBU 34
Mash at 66c for 1 hr ½ in 10 litres of water
Crushed Pale Malt 3Kg
Caramalt 620g
Torrified Wheat 210g
Sparge with water 72c to top up to 23 litres
Boil for 1hr
Centennial Hops 34g Start Of Boil
Add 1/2 Tsp protafloc or irish moss at last 10 mins of boil
Goldings hops 23g last 5mins of boil for aroma
cool to 23c add nottingham ale yeast
