Welcome to the October Newsletter Issue 1
We would like to wish all our cutomers new and old a Happy Halloween
The first thing we have to tell you about is new products in the shop.
We are now stocking Maris Otter Crushed Pale Malt at a price of £1.45 per kg or £28.99 for a 25k sack.

We have also decided to bring in a few more new ale kits in,these are Brupaks pride of Yorkshire 3kg at a price of £19.95.

Island mist have now produced a 1g fruity wine kit with 5 different flavours,these are great for those who think 5g is too much.
Mulled wine spices are also now in stock,along with Riddlers ginger wine compound.
Its that time of the year again when people start thinking about Christmas,so dont forget to get your wines and beers started so they will have a nice little maturing ready for the festive season,Also to let you all know we are now open on a Sunday 11.00am - 3.00pm up to Christmas.
Here is a full mash recipe from fulsow brewery ANGRY PUMPKIN

OG 1047 FG 1010 Abv 4.4% EBU 32
Mash at 66c for 1 hr ½ in 16 litres of water
Crushed Pale Malt 3.590Kg
Crushed Crystal Malt 180g
Crushed chocolate Malt 50g
Torrified Wheat 31g
Sparge with water 72c to top up to 23 litres
Boil for 1hr 30
Challenger Hops 53g Start Of Boil
add 1 Tsp Irish moss at last 15 mins of boil
Saaz hops 23g last 5mins of boil for aroma
Cool to 23c add nottingham ale yeast
