EDME Irish Stout.

Discussions on how good a Beer kit really can be made these days

EDME Irish Stout.

Postby Sunray11A » 05 Jul 2009, 08:12

This is my first attempt at a stout, and I'm favoursbly impressed with it thus far. It looks and tastes the way a stout should, and the aroma is fantastic. All I need do now is keep my hands off it long enough for it to condition properly. :)

It was brewed with a BEK + a half teaspoon of Yeast-Vit.
Fermenting:
FV1: Geordie Yorkshire Bitter.
FV2: Empty.
FV3: Empty.

Conditioning:
Morgan's Royal Oak Amber Ale, Young's Harvest Stout, Edme Yorkshire Bitter, Geordie Mild, Morgan's Iron Bark Dark Ale, Morgan's Queenslander Gold, Brewferm Diabolo & Edme Superbrew Weizen Wheat.

Drinking: Edme German Lager, Geordie Lager & BrewBuddy Cider.
Next up: Undecided.
