hello again tally,got another question for if you dont mind mate,i notice from the build photos that your f/v is a keg,my quessy is how do you seal the top to keep out any unwanted nasties.

i dont. i just put the mash tun lid over it, its not a proper seal, but i didnt on my basic old plastic 25lts fv either, just put the lid over it, didnt seal it.
