Once you have ordered and you request to leave your parcel with a neighbour or on premises,these are done so at your own risk and we are not responsible if anything happens whilst in these places. Any delivery request's that are made and the parcel is sent Royal Mail,we cannot guarantee for these request to be fulfilled.

We use recycled packaging wherever we can when we send Items out to keep the cost down on our products and is better for the environment.
Out Of Stock Items
Occasionally items go out of stock between you placing your order and us shipping it as the site is not a live ordering system and we do run out of stock now and then, If this happens we will notify you of the delay.If any problems arise with your order we will first try and contact you by telephone (as emails are not always accepted)
Complaints & Returns Procedure
If you have any complaints please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will endeavour to sort out your problem, fairly and confidentially. In the very unlikely event that the goods are received damaged then please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Where it is possible we would require the damaged items to be returned back to The Homebrew Centre 250 Freeman Street Grimsby, NE.Lincs, DN329DR.
Then they will be either replaced free of charge or a full refund given please allow up to 7 working days for this.
If you believe any items are missing from your order, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE of receiving your order and we will look into the matter and despatch any missing items.
In the unlikely event that your products are faulty,then please contact us either by phone,email or letter as soon as possible so the matter can be resolved.
Unwanted / Canceling Orders
Should you order goods in error or decide to cancel your order, they may be returned, at your expense, within 7 working days of the goods being delivered and signed for, We consider 7 days to be a reasonable time in which to return the goods to us.

Please get proof of posting and ensure that there is adequate insurance against loss or damage when returning your items back to us.We accept no liability for loss or damage during return transit.
If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full but we can not refund the postage.
If goods are ordered in as special request and cancelled there will be a 25% administration fee.
Payment for the goods will be refunded (minus any discount that is given) within 30 days of the goods being received.We advise that you try and keep the items in the same condition as they were recieved and were possible not used.
