Orders Are Sent via Anc / Sale Track and also Royal Mail. Maximum package weight for the delivery cost you pay is up to 20kg (afterwards there are extra charge's per kilo)

Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery you will be liable for all reshipping costs.

Occasionally items go out of stock between you placing your order and us shipping it.
If this happens we will notify you of the delay.

Complaints & Returns Procedure
If you have any complaints please contact us by letter, phone or e-mail and we will
endeavour to sort out your problem, fairly and confidentially

In the very unlikely event that the goods are damaged, Or faulty ,
please contact us within within 24 hrs of receipt. They will be replaced free of charge or a refund given If we are not notified within 24 hours we are unable to place a claim with our carriers and
will not be able to replace the goods.
If you believe any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of Reciveing your order and we will look into the matter and despatch any missing items. If you do not contact us within 7 days of Reciveing your order it will be deemed that the sale has been completed to the satisfaction of all parties.

at your expense, within 7 working days of the goods being delivered and signed for.

Goods must be returned, unused, at your expense and be appropriately packaged.

and also any discount that is given, within 30 days of the goods being received.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We accept no liability for loss or damage during return transit.
Should any item have been opened or used, they will not be eligible for a refund
