In the very unlikely event that the goods are damaged, or faulty,
please contact us within within 24 hrs of receipt. Where it is possible we would require the faulty or damaged items to be returned back to The Homebrew Centre Grimsby .Then they will be either replaced free of charge or a refund given please allow up to 7 working days for this. If we are not notified within 24 hours of any problems with your order then we are unable to place a claim with our carriers and will not be able to replace the goods.
If you believe any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order and we will look into the matter and despatch any missing items. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your order it will be deemed that the sale has been completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
