Orders Are Sent via Fedex and also Royal Mail. Maximum package weight for the delivery cost you pay is up to 20kg (afterwards there are extra charge's per kilo)

Orders weighing 1kg and under will be sent Royal Mail 1st class prices vary depending on weight

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally items go out of stock between you placing your order and us shipping it.

In the very unlikely event that the goods are received damaged then
please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Where it is possible we would require the damaged items to be returned back to The Homebrew Centre Grimsby .Then they will be either replaced free of charge or a full refund given please allow up to 7 working days for this.

If you believe any items are missing from your order, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE of receiving your order and we will look into the matter and despatch any missing items.

In the unlikely event that your products are faulty,then please contact us either by phone,email or letter as soon as possible so the matter can be resolved.

Should you decide to cancel your order

We will issue a refund ASAP for your order in full, but we can not refund the processing fee as there is a small fee charged to process orders by Credit card operators and Paypal.
